Dont get lured by their attractive plans. these guys have the worst service ever. I have an experience of 8 months and when it comes to provide services, they are d worst service providers. once it happened I had some problem with my adapter. n after that these people sent me engineer after 24 hrs. after lots and lots of falls promises. n they say that the engineer came to my place but didnt find my house.
Does Nextra appoint such persons as well who does not have the sensibility to call on my number after reaching my locality? okay this is a bygone incident. lets forget it. next comes the time when I surrendered my connection on 8th november 2015. and it has been more than one month that these people have been giving falls promises that I would get my refund of Rs.1500 within 10 to 15 days, than 1 months and now when we have been calling them for more than 12 times.
These people still have to say the same line that "Apka complain register ho gaya hai and I am forwarding it on an urgent basis". their urgent basis is more slower than a tortoise. Nver Trust Nextra services at any cost.
