Damn pathetic. If you need to get hypertension and increase your BP, then please go ahead and get this connection. The customer care team will go to all lengths to ensure you DONOT get your problem resolved. Absolutely incompetent team and ISP.

Please please stay away from this ISP, I have no words or probably no word in english dictionary to suggest next level ofWORST. Their customer team is absolutely clueless of what is happening, on emails they mention something else and on call its all together a different world. I am AMAZED at their DUMBNESS or being excellent at being of any use. They are trained for only 1 standard line in English, which is they ‘ESCALATE this concern on high priority basis’. After so many escalations, the entire escalation matrix either goes out of this universe or is an endless loop, both of which are of no use. Speed:-
However speed is symmetrical, which is good for downloading and use of torrent, please note that this speed will only be given to you post midnight or 1AM only on weekdays(Mon-Thursday). Friday, Saturday and Sunday is when this connection gets the worst hit. At times opening up playstore/google on any device becomes a challenge. Even if you have 25mbps plan, if you get more than 1-2 mbps you should consider yourself as the platinum customer for this ISP. This is where it ends. Connecting to outlook is a headache. Opening facebook and watching videos on it @ 720p is simply not possible, it will always buffer. The most amazing feature is even if I decrease my streaming rate from 720p to 240p, it will still BUFFER. I am amazed with their superb connection(sarcasm ?)

After using this shitty connection for now more than 5 months, I can see the quality going down only, I am stuck with this looser ISP because I’d paid for 4months. WAS I MAD…? YES I AM.Why did I not realise this in the first month itself. I still curse myself for that.
New Plans:
New plans launched as #Dhakad which boasts of minimum of 50mbps. I am sure with my eyes closed, I will not get more than 5mbps. As currently I am on25mbps, which can only mAnasultange to get best speed of 1-2 mbps during non-peak hours. Let me not talk about peak hours, it’s better that you keep your router off or work with 2G internet on mobile.
Scammers:-
They have some setting/inside connection or put SPEEDTEST.NET(ookla website) under whitelist so that if someone performs speedtest of their connection it comes what is as per the plan, but my friends, here is where the tables turn. I am sure/confident that MTNL dial up connection is more reliable and quick than nextra.
Speed on 25mpbs plan on speedtest.net comes as – 25mbps
Speed on 25mpbs plan on fast.net(Netflix India server)– 1-2 mbps(Non-peak hours, weekdays)
Speed on 25mpbs plan on fast.net(Netflix India server)– 140kbps-300kbps(Yes Kilobits during peak hours, weekends)
