I have a really bad experience with nextra broadband team. These guys are not at all committed to their work . Its been 2 weeks that I have told the team to collect the money and do the installation and till date nothing has happened. And when I asked them why is it taking so much time they said" AAp kahi or se karwa lo, we can’t do this. we dont have enough staff"
If you guys dont have enough infrastructure, you could have let me know week back. You cant tell this to me after 100 follow up.
To be presice I was contacting on 9278040751 - nextra team.
And would expect some action against them.
Worst team ever.
