I got Nextra reference from one of the pamphlet tagged in my door. The phone no. mentioned in pamphlet was 9560464611. I called this guy for internet services. He received my call and send his sales person named Pradeep Sharma phone. No. 8800334626. I have given all necessary documents those Pradeep asked and Rs. 1500. He told me that you will get the connection today or by maximum on Sunday.
I was not received any call on Saturday and Sunday, I made a call but they not responded and cut my phone all the time. I again called on Monday and they replied that you will get your connection today but later connection was not done, I went to their Indirapuram office located infront of Shanti Gopal Hospital. I was surprised to know that my physical address was incorrect in their record. They told me that because physical address is incorrect in our record, the process can’t continue, you would again have to submit the document for physical address because earlier submitted document was not liable for physical address. I again submit the document and thought I will get my connection by Tuesday but again I haven’t received any call from those guys.
In the meanwhile I called three times to the customer care and all the time they said me that our backend team will call you back in 1 or 2 hours.I never received any call from them. The most amazing part is that the regional manager said me "Sir Bataiye Kya karein"What a shame, I mean the manager doesn’t have the solution.
Guys who ever going to take their services please be aware, they will make fake promises and you will become fool like me.
