I took Nextra in the month of April 2014,
NEVER TAKE A NEXTRA CONNECTION
Pros:
Prompt in delivering the connection.
Prompt in doing the wiring and getting the connection active within the committed date.
Customer Service very prompt in listening skills and giving a call back to the grieved customer on time.
Good Speed given for the connection.
Cons:
- They promised me a 10GB plan, where in 3-days of connection activation I saw the data usage crossed 4GB. I did not use any streaming website nor did download anything. I just did 2 hrs of surfing on the net through trusted websites and checked my mails.
My previous service provider had never given me such huge headache and shock of my life in 3-days of connection. How can the data usage be 4GB in just checking mails?
- They promised a certain download speed however, their download speed shown in their website differs from the download speed shown in other speed test websites.
Result: I have asked them for disconnection before I have huge bills incurring to my account within 3-days of my connection with NEXTRA.
Thanks a TON NEXTRA and THANKS mouthshut reviews which alerted me about the gimmicks they are using.
So before I had a big financial load and a loss of mental peace I am saved by just losing 500 bucks.
You might be good in using the gimmicks of making the Customers fool on the speed front and data usage so that they opt for a higher plan but again Indians are tech savvy people. You can’t fool them so easily. I will infact put pamphlets about not taking NEXTRA connection in my locality too.
