I live in Gurgaon and at the initial time we used nextra wifi services, In starting it was ok all was well, but then its speed was also reducing and we faced many troubles with wifi issues. then we decided to not to use this services and asked the customer care to take back your router we are no longer interested in your services and for that they were to pay us Rs 1500 but from feb to june no initiatives was there from their side. It has been 5 months and they have not taken their router back . I call them and they say’HO jayega’. and still its with me.
