I have been uaing nextra connection since 6 months only, very first month they gave me very good connectivity of 2MBPS, But laterin the speed spoosed to getting down.
I lodge complaints many time but they keep saying your request is underprocess and will get resolve shortly. I will say they dont work, they work only for few day to resolve the issue but again required to call to fix speed issue after every 20 days.
Service support equivalently fine but yes need to improvise the connectivity services otherwise will not survive.
