Well, I had applied fr a connection, and he promises me, that connection would be at my place within 7 days(which was a little longer time than others), but I was Ok with this. I had given all my documents and made full payment, partially by card, and partially by cheque.
There was no connection after 7 days, and I had to run after them for another 7 days, when they responded. So, after 14 days, the response that I got was, "Sorry Sir, we aren’t there in your locality yet". This was unreasonable.
Being in a locality or not, is something, which is known before hand, even before the executive talks to me.
It was a BIG FAIL!
