Customer service by ngpay is very poor

Got to know about thie https://ngpay.com form Fame - Lido, Bangalore. It is a nice application that you can have on your mobile. Of course it needs a GPRS connection to work. Can be used to book Movie tickets & do other things as well.


I was happy that I can put my GPRS connection to a good use. It gave me freedom to do various thinsg at my convenience (place & time). I used it 3 times so far for booking movie tickets. 1st time the application had issues with my GPRS connection & I ended up booking 8 tickets instead of 4. I called them to tell this.


They agreed that it is mistake from their end but no money refund for the 4 extra tickets. 10 days back (SAT) they sold me a Marathi movie ticket for Fame - Lido, Bangalore. The theater was not running the moview at all. I ended up travelling 10 KM one way from my home at 10 PM in the night.


The theater ppl told me it is not their mistake & were asking me to see any other movie. We were not interested & left the place.


I called ngpay on SUN, they again recognised that it is their fault


& this time agreed to refund my money. but 10 days over & no


money is refunded to me.


When I called them y’day (SUN) to remind about this, they told me


somebody will call.


Today (MON) ngpay guy called me telling that I may


get my money back after 7 more working days, starting today. he had no


answer to the question that what was ngpay doing for last 7 days ?


If you are lucky not to get into any of these troubles then the service


is good.
