I placed an order after browsing Nice Maple website. I received a call from their sales representative who helped me with his order. After speaking with him as well as connecting with their service center, I placed an order making payment towards the same. My order was to be delivered in 15 days, but since I had no update, I contacted the salesperson who said that my order will be dispatched in a couple of days. But since 4th Oct 2024, I have been receiving multiple future dates for delivery. None of the promised delivery dates are met. We have contacted their service team multiple times and spoken with multiple people countless times. But they always say that this is the final delivery date. I requested for refund on non-adherence of committed delivery timeline, but they refuse to take refund request. They said that my product is manufactured and on the way, but till date I have not received either pictures or tracking details from them. It has caused tremendous mental as well as financial distress to me and my family.
