Sending a very frustrated email. Order was placed more than 6 weeks ago, however, it’s not been delivered yet.
People are lying about delivery status with various excuses and just extending the dates of delivery with no concrete status in hand. Really disappointed with how the company works and doesn’t value the delivery timelines committed earlier.
Either get the order delivered by tomorrow or o want a full refund of my order. I am starting to have legitimacy issues and can’t trust the company anymore.
If something is committed, please fulfil the same.
This is really annoying and upsetting that no one can provide correct status and just keep lying about the delivery.
