Horrendous Service and Untrustworthy Staff - Avoid Nice Maple at All Costs!
I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service I received from Nice Maple. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The delivery was inexcusably delayed, and the customer service was downright atrocious.
Ms. Chaya and Mr. Rohit are the epitome of unprofessionalism and deceit. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is astounding. They promised timely delivery and quality service but failed miserably on both fronts. When I reached out for assistance, I was met with rudeness and complete indifference.
Do not trust Nice Maple with your business. Their incompetence and lack of integrity are beyond unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. This is, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Avoid at all costs! If I could I would give this company -9999999999999 stars.
