I would strongly advise against ordering from Nice, Maple. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I placed an order with them on 7th August (Order ID: NM3658) and, to this day—25th December—I have neither received my order nor a refund.

Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, their customer service has been completely unhelpful. Every time I call, they give me the same excuse that the refund will be transferred soon, but it never happens. It feels like they are just making false promises and fooling their customers.
I have waited over 4 months now, and this level of negligence is absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and accountability makes them highly unreliable.
I sincerely hope someone can step in and resolve this issue immediately. To others considering buying from Nice, Maple—please avoid this company at all costs to save yourself the trouble!I rate it minus.
