I purchased a console table from NiceMaple.com on May 12, 2024, and paid 100% of the amount upfront at the time of booking. Initially, they promised delivery within 10 to 12 working days. However, even after three months, the product has still not been delivered.
I’ve contacted their customer care multiple times, but every time they come up with new excuses and make false promises. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I believe that NiceMaple.com is a shell company engaging in illegitimate business practices.
