I am really afraid, how come this bogus company has managed to show or get positive reviews here and on Google platform. I had ordered a Bosco Dining Table set with them in the month of June 2023 with the order number #NM 2127.
The order was delivered on July 6th 2023 with a different colour and a different built quality. Further, I had to return the product, which I did on July 7th Morning 2023 the very next day and requested them to issue me a refund for 1, 52, 000 rs with some change.
Since then what all I have received from this company are run arounds. We will do the refund shortly etc.....Then on July 17th 2023 after 10 days finally they gave me a bogus refund UTR number over an email as attached.
Till date, I havent received my refund credited back to my original source of the payment i.e. my credit card.
Now when I lost my patience on July 30th 2023 after 13 days then I was about to file a police complaint against this company. Before I would have filed a police complaint.
I just thought of reporting this issue to their credit card processing company which took the money from my credit card for them i.e. Razor Pay mentioned on my payment receipts and when I did report this to them on July 30th 2023.
Surprisingly, the credit card processing company confirmed to me that they have not received any refund request from Nice Maple till date on July 30th 2023 and my transactions are still stands successful in their data base or a system either.
See the audacity of this company to tell a lie directly from their white teeth to the customer for such a big amount. Moreover, the amount is not that a small amount for which I should wait for such a long time with no definite or exact information.
Top of that, they have now stopped to respond back to my emails and as usual they are very bad at over the phone customer service never gets connected. When connected all morons are seated there & has no info with a reason that their systems are down or not working.
It is now almost about to be a month and my money is still stuck with this company for no valid reason.
One of the worst company that I have ever dealt with till now and would never wish to deal with them again.
BEWARE AND BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. AS NOW SINCE LAST 4 DAYS THEY HAVE NOT CONFIRMED ANYTHING TO RAZOR PAY COMPANY EITHER REGARDING MY REFUND TO BE ISSUED OR NOT. DESPITE THEY ARE ALSO FOLLOWING UP WITH NICE MAPLE EVERYDAY WITH NO SUCCESS.
BUT THEY ARE CALLING ME EVERYDAY KEEPING MY HOPE TO GET ME MY REFUND ASAP. I WILL WAIT FOR ANOTHER 3-5 BUSINESS AS REQUESTED BY RAZOR PAY CREDIT CARD PROCESSING COMPANY.
FURTHER, I WILL APPROACH THE NEAREST POLICE STATION TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY FOR SURE.
