After sometimes lost Author grew up in Dehra, Massoorie and Shimla that's why most of stories comes from these places.

According to my opinion the story is a bag of every motion that you easily found and every story of Ruskin bond you could find humorous quirky heart touching horror as well as matured stories in this book which are the most loveliest for me, The way Author open up the story and then embark to elaborate that's is really fabulous and impressive, the way author write about the mountains is truly mesmerising to read.
