NIIT is not at all what it used to be. I have done a course from there and let me tell you that till today I regret spending my hard earned money on NIIT. The course was to teach JAVA, SQL server, HTML, UML. Well SQL was thought all right, but HTML and UML was finished at lightening speed that till today I feel cheated. As for JAVA, less said the better. The course was too short for the amount of money they charge. Frankly speaking NIIT has become a money making machine based on their past glory.
