Hi All, I am Dinesh, as I saw the .Net course in Newspapers. I approached the NIIT Matunga Branch. They told the contents of the course which included C sharp, VB.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net and XML.
I wanted a choice of .Net with C Sharp. So they said they would arrange for me. And they called on my cell. So, as I wanted to start my course as early as possible, I paid the 1st installment fees on 15 March 04. And the councellor told me that the course would start from next day.
So, I went there on next day for the course and the councellor whom I paid the fees was not there, so I asked some other concellors they said there is no such course running in this Branch.
They said me to call and confirm for the same. So, they told that C Sharp would be done through CBT’s i.e. CD’s and it would run for 2 weeks. So I said it is OK. I started the CBT’s from their Branch. So after two weeks asked when is the real .Net Course starting, they said next week so I trusted them.
And paid my final installation on 31st March as they wanted to take all fees in Year End. Then one more week went just that way, & my course didn’t start and the consellor again told next week & she was asking me to wait till 3rd week of April.
I was annoyed & Iasked for refund or some other Branch which running this course. So she again spent few days in it & I finally said, ’’I want the Refund of my Fees’’. The councellor told me that you would get it with in a week or so. But till date I haven’t got my money back. But when I tried to call that councellor, she is busy or trying to ignore my calls.
When I make it up to meet she is either gone early or not present on Saturday. I also tried their regional office, but I am not getting proper answers on this issue. So, I tell friends don’t invest these institutes, b’coz when they student they call you for admission money but when you need them they never available.
