When I wanted to sign up for a course in computers, the only recognised institute that came to my mind was NIIT. I remember it being one of the oldest and professional institutes of my time.Since I stay in Gurgaon, I enrolled up with the DLF 1 center. I must say after taking the money, I was very surprised at their unprofessional way of handling an adult student. After complaining Things seemed a bit bucked up. However, I get calls not once but twice from the Janakpuri branch Delhi, where they seemed totally confused as to where I have enrolled, further more the lady repeatedly keeps hanging up the phone while I am asking clarifications as to why I get the get call from a different branch altogether. I found complete lack of professionalism, rudeness and no call etiquettes at all. NIIT really needs to revamp there work ethics and probably send their employees for a communication and work skill course. They have employed a bunch of young people who do not know the basics of how an office should be presented or functioned. I feel completely let down, I only hope it’s my money’s worth since I have barely started.
