NIIT pallavaram is the worst branch of NIIT for job career since the employer does not even pays the Employee’s for even 3 months...The Employers even makes the Employee’s to work for 2 to 3 weeks continuously without weekly off even makes women employee’s to work even after 8.30PM...but no compensation off or overtime paid.Why to think for overtime he doesn’t even pay’s the salary on time...Even senior peoples salaries are not paid for 3 months...The most important thing is NO employee’s have being issued Appointment order in this branch.
