I had to ask three separate times before they finally sent me the correct return labels. Finally got them. I returned two orders, and two weeks later, still no refund, and not even a confirmation of the returns being received. I had to once again take initiative and inquire. They had received my returns 13 days prior, and nothing else was done. Then when I finally received my two refunds - incorrect amounts. Once again, I had to contact them. And you cant simply reply to an email with them, you have to go back to the website and use the contact form every time, even to continue a fluid conversation. I love Nike shoes, but their online shopping experience sucks.
