Hey I want to give my feedback regarding a shoe I purchased at Nike showroom India Mumbai..
in 1 month’s time the outer cloth covering started to give way..when taken back o the showroom they told me it was my fault..i would have agreed but the funniest part was the second shoe is perfect no problems whatsoever..if it was to get worn out wouldnt the other shoe have some problems atleast.. it was very disturbing on the part of the Nike ppl.i dont know what has happened to the after sale service.i need the officials to take some heed into this matter..i hope I get some feedback as this is not what I excepted...from a renowned company as Nike...
