Earlier this year, I bought Nike Free RN 2017 ( neon orange) . This was my very first Nike shoes and I’m left speechless. The design, style, feel, and overall look are enough to blow one’s mind, and not to mention the comfort it partakes to your feet during running or walking and even at standby. The mesh is carefully loomed and it looks and feels sturdy. It’s also light-weight.
With regards to customer service and staff courtesy, I’d give them a 4 out of 5. I am overall impressed. The only thing that restricts me from giving it a full-blown 5/5 is staff attitude. When I was buying this shoes, I had difficulty picking which of my chosen two will I buy ( I cannot afford the luxury to buy both) so I decided to try it on. When it wasn’t my fit, I asked the saleslady if they have this size for both. She returned. To make the story short, she wasn’t smiling or at least pretend to be smiling or conveying any sort of warmness or compassion towards her customer. Of course as a customer, it’s not a good feeling. However, it does not change the fact that Nike shoes are among the frontrunners in the shoe business.
