Nice one

This is a great little digital camera! This is the second digital camera I have owned and it is so easy to use, small and nice pictures. A great value for the money! A feature that I didn’t see mentioned by anyone else is that the battery door has a extra safety feature of a button that must be pushed before sliding the door open to remove the batteries. I had a Fuji before this and that is one of the reasons I got rid of it, the battery door would open at the slightest touch, it is nice that this one is so much more secure. The camera is so easy to use it is hardly necessary to read the manual! My only complaints, the flash is a bit slow on the red-eye setting, the batteries do run out quickly and I will need to get more memory cards because it doesn’t hold enough.

Many expensive ones lack the feature capabilities and in some cases, even any kind of optical zoom. The Nikon covers both of those bases. The mode dial makes it easy to quickly change the mode of the camera. There are 8 shooting modes and setup modes. Also worth noting are 14 scene selections to choose from. The camera is also small and light-weight at 5.3oz or aprox. 2 full CD cases (in my measurements).
