The picture clarity is lost as the camera’s optical zoom increases, at 5x it is quite hazy. Testing with a tripod to eliminate hand jitters yielded no better results. Lack of controls to even change the iso makes low light pictures unusable. Value for money for brightly lit scenes and close range indoor photos with flash.
The freebies made the package very good value for money. But the camera quality for 16MP can be little better. To me the battery was quite ok. If you have a rechargeable additonal batteris, I don’t think battery would be a concern. Since I’ve bought this to gift, I can’t review the product completely. I’ve done quick sanity test and provided feedback based on the same
