In comparison to canon, Nikon always provides better or similar specs and that too at a lower price point. The story is same with this coolpix model. The usp of this model is the optical zoom. Where optical zoom is no replacement for sensors and lenses, it does appeal to the amateur photography enthusiasts out there. The pictures come out with good noise levels and acceptable lighting.
