Nikon coolpix S32 is a very good decent budget camera that will fulfill all your basic photos and videos need. I am using it for over 7 months, wanted to buy a budget camera and it is proving me right. Here is my personal experience about it: -
Camera looks good, material is solid and sturdy.
It uses a 13 megapixel CMOS sensor with F3.3 produces gooe images in great lighting conditon. Flash helps in night conditions.
Video produced was good.
Overall a decent budget camera. Go for it.
