This is annawesome little camera, really easy to use amd is of excellent quality.
I was using Sony Dsc - H5. It was also a very user friendly camera but it wasn’t even close to this D40 guys.
the picture quality is awesome and it gives super details of the surrounding.
Being a DSLR camera user you folks must have to be extra careful about the dust which gets into the mirror of the lense and even worse if it gets on the Image sensor.
dust in these parts will cause black spots in the pic’s guys.
Other than these things. this camera is close to perfection.
what this D40 allows me to do is to be far more better photographer than I used to be with my Sony Camera.
This camera gives you a great value for your money. I was able to add many accessories to it. Flash is very great and produces very natural flesh tones of people from black to dark skin. This sometimes is critical while shooting people with diffrent complections. : P
