Although the D500 is out and is the flagship Nikon DX, the D7200 still remains on top. The D500 is better but it is a professional camera and is costly too. The D7200 has many features apart from its image quality. I was confused between the D7100 and D7200 but the 7200 steals the show. It has a higher buffer than the 7100 which is essential for action shooting. Also it is faster and can shoot 1080p at 60fps. It is an allrounder. It has many features of a professional camera but can be easily handled by a beginner if they wish to step into photography. It is a real value for money.
