I was a regular visitor of Nilgiris Super Market in Iyyappanthangal, near Porur. Initially I had a good impression about the store, as it was neat and clean and most of the goods were available including bakery products and vegetables though the cost was on the higher side.
The billing seemed to be error free.The quality was also good. But after around one year of opening, slowly, the quality of products started deteriorating, Even the bakery items, I pointed out that one packet was open, they just sealed it again, and at home when I weighed it in my electronic machine the weight was less than specified in the packet. We started getting stomach problems after consuming the bakery items.
Once when we got a mustard packet, there were black stones in it. All in all the cost did not match quality. So I stopped visiting the store totally.
