Hello friends today I am going to write a review on an online shopping site named ninecolours.com.
Friends I am using this site for 1 month, and I observed pretty a many things of this site, I found that this is an online shopping site from where where you could buy products of your own choices but hardly anything comes for choices, there were variety of products but no one to be accepted by my choices, friends 28 days ago I ordered a t-shirt from this site for presenting my friend on his birthday. Before ordering when I called upon customer service they told to me that the product will come to me within 7 days but I am waiting till now for the t-shirt, and my friends birthday that has gone I have to present my friend from a local store,
friends customer service of this site is very poor in giving excuses they rapidly change their words, I think they never think what they are saying,
till now I have not received the product so does not know much about the product quality, hope so it will be good,
delivery timeliness of this site is below average telling different things while buying and after buying their terms and policies are changed, as I have mentioned I have been waiting for 20 days but the product was not delivered to me,
friends they have a website which main motive is to fraud peoples, at first they catch the eye’s of the visitors with the offers they placed and later on makes fool to them, the website is good looking but what to do with the looking’s if the product you have ordered does not reach to you within the mentioned time?
Friends after my experience with the site I will never recommend anyone to this site because this site scams people and is also not reliable as the customer executives keep on changing their words.
