We are trying to reach Ninjacart representative from past 15 days for installing the application in the mobile and to order items to our shop. But the servive centre Mr. Wasim gave 2 executive names and number( Mr. Ravi, Mr. Mahesh) but failed to install the application and these people are less reactive to our calls.
Even if the customer goes to the outlet of ninjacart. Ninjacart perons will sell there products as per there wish. No controls.:-(
Its very bad that the when customer ask for the support to ninjacart .Ninja cart failed to provide the support.:-(
If these attitude continues with the Ninja cart definitely Ninja cart will loose the customer hopes and fails in its growth.
I request the responsible person from the Ninja cart to look into this and take an action agianst the executives for there false commitments given to the customer.
