Nintendo DS Lite

To say it in few words.

I simply love it.

Some 20 years back, I tried my hands on video game consoles, I was addicted to them instantly. My childhood favorites were Mario, Contra and Street Fighter. I was never very good in any of them.

Now at an age of 32, even after being father of two tiny tots, I still love video games. Last year in June, I purchased Nintendo DS Lite(RED). One year had already passed, but my love and awe had not died down a wee bit. I simply love the console and recommend it to all video game lovers.

Following are few of my observations:

It has a slick design, brighter screens, and a growing library of fun and innovative games, the Nintendo DS Lite is an impressive game console. It employs innovative dual-screen and microphone-enabled gameplay as well as Wi-Fi multiplayer capabilities, allowing for a growing list of original and fun games that you can’t play on any other system. In addition, the system is backward-compatible with almost every GBA title. All these additions come without increasing the price or decreasing the features of the original DS.

Nintendo DS Lite has become the center of attraction among all the game players especially the youngsters in Japan, Europe and US. It’s popularity is fast catching up in India. It comes in an array of colors like white, blue, yellow and many others soon to be launched. The one, which attaracted my attention, is the crimson red version. DS Lite comes fully packed and protected. It is very light and durable.

This unique gaming console comes with a detailed instruction booklet and other booklets containing the information about various games and their features. There are date and time settings, which can be made as we start up this gaming console. As we start this device a green light appears on the upper right hand corner and on its screen a DS Lite icon logo appears.

It has a vast library of games, which can keep you immersed in it for years. The variety is so great that you would not feel bored at all.
