Very pathetic service, since Nippon Motor Corporation is the only dealer in Ernakulam, they behave as a monopolistic, bureaucratic and arrogant organisation. If you have a service involving insurance claim, you will be punished by them; the vehicle will not be delivered on time, they will not properly explain the entire expenses and surprise amounts shall be thrown upon the customer.
If you have taken insurance outside Toyota promoted insurers, then you are headed towards trouble in getting the vehicle repaired. Its better to buy from other Toyota dealer than approaching these irresponsible bunch of people.
