We went on a Hyderabad-Tirupathi conducted tour package ny Nirmal Travels on 5th February 2011.Accommodation provided at Hyderabad and Tirupathi were very shabby rooms without W/c and hot water. Even the tour manager and assistant were not responsive to any queries regarding accommodation and food. I won’t certainly recommend this tour to any one. Most of our co-tourists have same complaints I am wondering if Nirmala travels which we used to trust have turned to another company cheating tourists.
Our earlier tours to Badri-Kedar and South india by Nirmal travels were very good and no body had complaints. I wish Nirmala management takes up this seriously and improve their service. I suggest they have young tour managers and assistants who are trained to be passenger friendly.
