Today I had some friends at my home, so I ordered some burgers and Ice cream from the Nirula’s outlet of Bhikaji Cama Place outlet in Delhi. The burgers were cold when they arrived, but the real shock came later. In most of the burgers they had just put a cheese slice inside the buns and delivered those to me.
I called the outlet to complain about this, initially the guy who answered refused to accept that it can happen. But after I threatened with a complain to the head office, he checked in the kitchen and accepted that it had happened as they were short of the stuff they put in the burgers. After that he just said that it won’t happen again and hung up.
Now what will say about a restaurant that just puts a cheese slice in a bun and delivers it for about Rs. 85. I have put in a complain through the nirulas website and am hoping that if someone reads the feedbacks, he does a better job than the people they have in the outlets. One thing is sure that nirulas can rule me out as a customer in future.
