There was a time when we swore by the quality of Nirula’s, Vasant Vihar Nirulas food is DISGUSTING ( READ AS AN UNDERSTATEMENT). This is sad after being listed in the national geographic in 1980’s
We use to swear by the nirula’s in the 80’s. Food served at Vasant vihar is definetely under cooked, not presentable. 16th feb 2008, I ordered a mahaburger from bawa potteries, they forgot to send the hash brown ??Overall I think twice before dialing Nirula’s.
Nirula’s must look for serving quality, Nirula’s as a fast food needs to really pull up its socks so as to give value for money or else like always we will continue to think twice before we place an order. Nirulas must work towards its service as well as its quality
The confectionery is good and so is the arrangement for birthday parties. I sincerely hope that the feedback will be of help and not just a gimmick for customers
