Nirulas in Delhi stands for great and quick meals...not to mention the "to die for HCF" however I had the most bizarre experience at the Yusuf Sarai outlet last week (Sunday 13th February, 2011).
I went there for lunch and waited patiently for my meal to arrive. First the staff forgot about the order for 45 minutes...then when they woke up. They served us one dish at a time which meant that the three people who went for a meal were supposed to eat in sequential order. The coke we ordered never came despite three reminders...and yes the Lime Ice came when we lost it and decided to leave the restaurant. The manager clearly did not care a damn and thought the incident was really funny as he belittled a few other customers too.
I then decided to call their toll free no to complain where I was put on hold for a while saying that my call was being transferred to a “senior associate”. After 5 minutes of wait, a slurring executive came online and told me to write a mail to their customer support.
Clearly the worst experience ever...and Nirulas what a fall from grace!!!
P.S: Tried logging on to the site to give feedback..but the captcha kept reloading preventing submission of feedback. And ya the twitter and facebook pages in the footer reload the same page.
