I feel very sad to write this review. I hope Nirula’s management sees this review and does something to improve the services. There was a time when Nirula’s was the place to go. Fully affordable and nice family place. In those day. in 90’s, their pizzas were even better than those of Domino’s. I have spent innumerable days there with my school friends over pizzas and Ice creams. Ideally, Nirula’s should have gone from strength to strength.
Now a days the food and service at many outlets where I have been has deteriorated sharply. The staff is not as friendly as they used to be. and the food(don’t ask!) . You can read other reviews on Mouthshut to know more. There are complainst about food, about service, about delivery. I wonder if there has been any change in the top management or that they have not bothered. Had the bucked up, they would have gone placed. So I would appeal to Nirula’s management to make it as nice and friendly place that it once was as there are die-hard fans like me waiting to step back in.
