I have purchased a Nissan Sunny XL D car from B M Nissan , Faridabad on 26.04.2017 and payed full money in advance. At the time of booking Sales Executive Mr Subodh Chowdhary told me that they will provide zero deductable insurance cover and in case of accident nothing will be deducted. But after purchasing the car on 26.04.2017 I found that insurance policy does not cover all risks. He told that he will add zero deductable clause .At the time of enquiring the price of the car , dealer at Delhi with Faridabad Registration was offering all risk cover , zero deductable insurance cover. They promised to deliver the car in Faridabad at lesser price. But I paid extra money to B M Nissan , Faridabad as the sales service of B M Nissan was very nice. I prefered to pay more thinking that they are near to my residence. After purchasing the car the representative promised me that he will make my insurance policy to Zero deductable policy. I have full money in advance. Now on 10.06.2017 he told that he can not do so as he was supposed to change it within 24 hrs time. He is not refunding any money which he should for not covering full insurance.
So service is very poor.
