I booked Nissan Sunny on October at Kolkata.
The company is unable to deliver the car on time, forget about time, they are continuously postponing car deliver. Every week its the same story, sir, the car is coming the following week. I am considering cancellation of booking. Even research on Facebook forum is revealing similar experience of others who have booked or already have got possession of their Sunny!
Nissan Indias Customer Care takes down complaint, but doesnt bother to revert even after 72 Hrs.
So, how efficient their after sales service is going to be, is pretty imaginable! If anyone here can share their experience, perhaps it can be highlighted to all future buyers of Sunny.
