Went and booked Nissan Sunny Diesel and I realized that much before I bought the car the dealer/sales manager(Lakhmi) have no customer service/sense. They don’t care for customer money. They show their pathetic customer service in a very short span.
No matter how good a car is but the service matters and in India everybody takes for it granted not sure why. So far the worst in Hyderabad where I had been to other dealers as well. I had heard that Nissan is a good automobile company with quality standards but reality is it is not. If sales service is such pathetic what can you imagine post sales.
If anyone really thinking about Nissan think twice.
