If you want to be harassed and treated arrogantly like a public sector organization where people talk rules and don’t care for the customer, buy furniture from Nitraa furniture Chennai. I.I booked some further more than 20 days back, I was promised delivery in 1 week and paid an advance. When the furniture didnot arrive as scheduled, I wanted to cancel the order but was arrogantly told that Iwill forfeit my advance. Then after a week I get a call to come to the stores 20 km to pay the rest of the amount and await delivery.
I begged that they deliver the furniture and I shall pay the delivery person since I would not be able to travel all the way to pay the balance and that is not the norm with other furniture delivery stores. But in the usual Chennai arrogant attitude I was told that it was the company rules and without balance payment they cannot generate an invoice and without invoice the furniture will not be released to the delivery and the delivery people will not deliver if the invoice is printed in black ink and given after 11.35 am and all that nonsense. even after a month I haven’t got delivery of the costly furniture. this is the quality of service arrogant stores like Nitraa do.Their pricing is all a big fraud. Never be misled by their huge discounts.
It is utter nonsense and blatant cheating of the public. Unfortunately, we live in a country where these dacoits can get away with whatever they can with poor customers like us.
