I bought 400ml Nivea moisturizing body lotion in June-2008. It has 30months shelf life and pkd date was 10/2007. I have been using this lotion for quite a while and it is excellent product for normal skin types. This time the bottle started giving out some foul smell. It was like the bad plastic.
The lotion itself has a very mild fragrance.Two months after purchase I didn’t had the bill so no point in going to shop owner from where I purchased it. So, I tried sending a mail to int.contact.india@beiersdorf.com which was mentioned in the back of the bottle. Next day I got a call from regional manager and the bottle was replaced
by Nivea within few days with a new one. That was surprisingly quick response from Nivea.Makes me stick to the product for a long time now.
