although nivea is a well known brand but till I personally understand that brand awareness about the nivea brand is very low . we can say it the failure of line extension of nivea brand. I have used it once a time and I found the quality quite good. I have seen its advertisements many times but till I don’t know what is the exact positioning of this brand or for what type of skin it is the most suitable. on price front is pretty expensive or may be the reason the nivea guys have targeted it on the nish segment which prefers quality. no doubt quality matters a lot and it delivers the value but nivea people have forgotten the in fmcg products mostly products are mee too so brand value and persuasion counts a lot.
i have seen very rear that on any shop nivea soap is on the front.
otherwise its a good product but considering the competition there are better alternatives available in the market which has high brand recall.
