The item came without the user guide. The vendor promised to send a hard copy, but it has not reached me even after 15 days. Downloaded soft copy has lot of spelling mistakes, indicating that the company manufacturing the item is not very reputed. The word Nivia does not appear anywhere on the watch and the light does not function properly.and when ask to help desk there is no responce from them.this is the wrost product.
