Hi
I have bought items from this website recently a couple of times . While the items are quite good and genuine(given it is part of the Arvind limited group)
Issues faced are the Invoicing is just NOT transparent unlike Myntra, Jabong etc for example:
- Post discount if the item costs 600/- they are charging a GST of 100/- so you pay a total of 700/-! Now as per the Government policy - GST on clothes costing less that 1000/- is 5% which means it should be approx 30/- but they are charging 100/-!
All sites like Myntra etc charge the GST on the discounted price NOT full price! yet nnnow.com is apparently an exception!
Is anyone from the Income tax / GST dept listening? so what is the site doing with the excess GST charged to customers?
Secondly you might see the products at a discounted rate on the site but when you get the invoice - the invoice copy will NOT have the discounted rate with the break up across each item but rather you will only see the lumpsum discount which means later if you want to return the item you wont have a clear idea of what you should get back as you have only the lumpsum discounted rate across all the items ordered - this is NOT a transparent process unlike the other websites
Hence customers need to check and be sure before purchasing
apart from that customer support, returns etc is ok currently
