So, My husband ordered a Tommy Hilfiger handbag on 14.11.2022 from their site. The bag came in three days and when I saw it, it appeared to be fake and somewhat disappointing. I asked him to return it. On 21.11.2022, the return request with return ID R51602E was raised but it appeared that these people didn’t have any pickup from our location(though delivery was there but no pickup, strange). So, after much nonsense from customer care side and hours of wasted time due to their misguiding on 25.11.2022, the handbag was self-shipped from Vasundhara, Ghaziabad to Delhi.
Now it’s been 21 days, and the refund is pending. Though all quality checks n all are done but still, the refund is pending.
I called in today on customer care and they again asked me to wait for another 5-7 working days.
So, it appears that this is a fraud company, I have read their reviews on your Fb page, and they tell the same story.
