First of all I am surprised to see only one review about this site. Anyhow, I will add mine review so that general people are really aware of the misdeeds committed by this website. I had made two purchases from this site; one was in May, 2015 and the other was in June, 2016. In may I had ordered 3 T-shirts of which only 2 was received and that too after a delay of 2 months. From my last order done in June 2016, I never received the package. On tracking at their website I found that delivery attempt was made by the courier company on 3rd of August, 2016(around 2 months from order booking) and upon non delivery, the package was returned to shipper on 5th August, 2016. From that day, there has been no communication from mydreamstore.in regarding delivery of my order. I have been sending continuous mails and reminder to them in order to arrange delivery or refund my money. The strange part is that the courier company which attempted delivery never even cared to call me in order to check availability for delivery. The other important part is that the customer cannot even cancel the order even if the delivery is not made by this site. As per notification at their website, once the production starts, the customer cannot cancel the order. Funny part is that mydreamstore.in can always deny you of your booked item by not delivering it. I also inquired from this site regarding non delivery of my previous order too against which they never responded. This is a pathetic money looting site. They don’t have cash on delivery provision. You are asked to pay in advance through netbanking or card. Later, if they don’t deliver your order than you cannot even cancel the order, and above all they wud neither try delivering or will refund your money. You end up loosing your money. The worst thing - they will never care of responding your mail or will try to interact with you. I strongly advise people to stay away from this website. Feel free to contact me in case you require further clarification. I am also attaching screen shot of my mail to them with reminders which they never responded.
