I ordered the product in April 2022 but still havent received the product. till now I have raised more than 10 tickets but no response from the nobero team nor do they have a customer care number or any other number.
Zest money is after me to pay the payment where I have not received the product how can I pay?
Zest money says that we have made full payment to the merchant and in fact I have requested the Zest money team to get in touch with nobero team in order to understand what this is issue? but I dont think zest money is not interested to help me. And also I have given them all the required evidence still that I have not received the product.
I am in situations of middle - no product but have to pay for that?
